The employees of Tshwaraganang Hydroponics are very dedicated and hard working. All of our employees are coming from the neighboring Kutlwano location where unemployment is very high. Under the leadership of Mr Edwin Mabotsa, CEO, the company is providing employment opportunities to 8 men and 6 women on a permanent basis. At times during the year we do also provide part-time employment to about 4-6 people.

Training forms a core part of our success. Our staff are well trained and do their jobs to the best of their ability. We are also working very closely with our mentors to ensure that our staff gets the best training and is up to date with the latest greenhouse technology.
